Hospice Care

Family Health West provides very special hospice care. We use various hospice agencies in the Grand Valley area to support our Family & Patient Comfort Room program.

Our Family & Patient Comfort Room program is designed to provide the best possible experience for patients and families in the last hours of life. The patient receives special one-to-one tranquil loving care such as additional bathing, massage, music, reading, gentle range of motion, etc.

Through this program, families are provided with peace of mind, knowing that their loved one is receiving the best of care. We created our Family & Patient Comfort Room to offer peaceful, quiet surroundings that allow close, one-to-one attention, and privacy - where grieving and goodbyes can occur on a more intimate level.
