Kristin I will be unable to meet with you personally. I have dealt with hundreds of Realtors over the years, and you seem to be one of the nicest/knowledgeable Realtors selling. I wish you lots of luck in this trying market of home selling. Hopefully my industry, Banking, will loosen some of the underwriting guidelines and make it easier to buy a house. As home sales continue to drag at the bottom for all time low sales for the last 50 years, something needs to be loosened up in underwriting.

Tom, Megan, Toni and Cynthia, I must tell you that I slept like a baby for the first time in months on Friday night. We could not have done this without your help. Meghan is so relieved to be at a great rate and no more PMI. She will be looking at bedroom furniture this week and the upstairs rugs are set for early Nov.

You know that I will sing your praises to anyone who needs or is looking for a mortgage. She had more conversations and advice from all of you in 30 short days than all the time combined with the other bank.

Never once did she ever hear the words "it is what it is" from you. A line that was so infamously used by the other firm, infuriated me and so humiliated my Meghan.

Hi,

Attached are the signed documents that were sent to me on Friday. I apologize for not getting them back to you on the day of - please feel free to call me on my cell phone if you ever need a document back quickly! I don't get many chances to look at personal email during the school day, especially depending on the type of day my students are having... and Friday was one of those days. :)

I also just wanted to extend a huge thank you for the work that you've all done for my loan. The letter that was written reflected exactly how hard my family and I have worked on this property. It's nice to know that you recognize this, and your effort throughout this process confirms why I went with Kuranda Mortgage over another lender. Very easy and very positive. Mark guided us through the whole process from start to finish and he was very easy to work with. He had everything under control and we were to close in three weeks. Everything was done by phone and computer except the closing which made the process very easy.

Since this was our first home buying experience, I was very thorough in selecting the proper lender to fit our mortgage needs. A couple of important qualities I was looking for: a local company, with the most competitive rates, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff and a trusted reputation. I can say that I couldn't be happier working directly with Mark and Toni on the entire process from getting preapproved to closing. It was a rollercoaster ride at times, but Kuranda Mortgage was able to provide us with our first home!! We are so happy, thank you!
